Welcome costomer to visit our vehicle lights plant,mold producing plant and our Vehicle lights designing 

Department to verify our company strength in making OEM 

and ODM projects.

  For ODM,customer will tell us all his requirements about the    customized light,and we will make a summarized technical report for this light to start our design.

For OEM,Customer can send us a sample (or drawing),and tell us all the parameters of it.Then we will also make a technical report for this customized lights and start the OEM process.

Our vehicle light designers will make the light designing according to the customer's requirements.And we will monitor the photoelectric performance of the light on computer to let it meet the standards like DOT,SAE,ADR and Emark.

At last, we will make a 3d drawing to customer to check and confirm.If anying to be changed, we will modify it on the drawing until customer is satisfied.

 3D Pringing sample will be made to check some of the     

  parameters.Also it will be sent to customer to check how the light will be like and if it can be installed perfect. If find some problems,we can still return to step 3 to modify the drawings                                                                                       

    After 3D printing sample confirmed, we will start design the mold and produce the mold.

After mold finished,we will use the new mold to make all the plastic parts of the light by injection.At the same time we will also make the pcb of the light.Then we will assemble the first 

  light sample.                                                                                       

We will test the parameters to check if the lights meets the customer's requirements.Also we will send the sample to the 

buyer to test the light on the car.

After the buyer tested the sample and if there is no problem, we will make trial orders and bulk orders for customers.
