The working voltage of Piranha LED chip with white beam is 3.0-3.2v.And Piranha LED chip with blue beam,green beam and purple beam are 3.0-3.2v. Red,yellow and orange Piranha LED chip are working at 2.0-2.2v. And working voltage of infrared emission 850NM and receive 940NM is 1.3-1.5V.
